Refund Policy

Free trial
Every account gets one free ultra-deep lesson per month so you can evaluate the Service before paying. No card required.
Subscriptions
- 7-day no-questions refund: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month, we refund the full first-month payment, provided you have used fewer than 25% of the included credits.
- Cancel anytime: you can cancel from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period; we do not refund the remaining days.
- Renewal failures: if a renewal fails, your account drops to Free tier. No charge is processed.
Credit packs (one-time)
- Refundable within 7 days if no credits have been used.
- Partial refunds for unused credits are not offered.
Service unavailability
If our Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will credit your account a pro-rated amount on request.
Failed lessons
If a lesson fails to generate (the AI returns no content), the credit is automatically refunded — no action needed.
How to request a refund
The fastest way: submit a refund request from your account. You can also email billing@knowit.guru from the email on your account with your transaction ID. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please reach out to us before opening a chargeback — we resolve nearly every issue directly and faster than the bank dispute process.
